Book a paid consultation

A consultation is a scheduled meeting with attorney Miguel Palmeiro to review your situation, your options and the risks. Consultations are paid: $100 for new clients, $50 for existing clients.

What to have ready

• Any notices or letters from USCIS, the immigration court or ICE (do not send them before we confirm the appointment).
• Your passport, any I-94 record, and your immigration history in rough dates.
• Questions you want answered, written down.

What happens next

After the consultation you will know whether we can help and what the next step would cost. Representation begins only if we both sign an engagement agreement. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
